There’s a place for YOU to experience Christmas in the joy and tenderness of the season. All of our services will be offered in person and with a livestream experience.
- Christmas Eve Services- December 24
Christmas Eve Children’s Service (Dec 24) – 4:30 p.m. (Carols Begin at 4 p.m.)
This is a service focused on children with holiday music and cheer. To make this come to life, children will engage with the Christmas story, including conversations about each part with Pastor Jason, and receive a few gifts along the journey! The approximately 50-minute service also includes traditional Christmas hymns and ends with Silent Night. Music includes strings, organ, piano, and vocals. While children ten and under with their families may enjoy this service most, all are welcome!
At-home D.I.Y. Interactive Children’s Service Kit
During the interactive children’s service, we’ll be making four stops on the journey. Here’s some ideas of what you can find around the house to fully immerse your children’s experience from home:
- First stop – We’re talking about the names of Jesus
- Something that has different names of Jesus on it or print this coloring sheet
- Second stop- We’ll be at the manger
- Gather something that will help them look like an animal — a mask, tail, headband, stuffed animal, etc.
- Third Stop- We’ll be in the fields with the shepherds
- Something that can help guide them — maybe a star, a flashlight, a sign, etc.
- Final Stop – We’ll be with Mary, Joseph, and Jesus
- A item that can remind the child of God’s love — a favorite item/toy, a picture of their family, etc.
Christmas Eve Traditional Candlelight Service (Dec 24) – 9 p.m. (Carols Begin at 8:30 p.m.)
This approximately 70-minute long service includes all things Christmas: Holy Communion, calming candlelight, and passionate preaching! Music includes strings, organ, piano, and vocals. After being roused by the good news of the incarnation, we’ll sing Silent Night by candlelight. As you depart, enjoy a glass of champagne or sparking cider to celebrate the Christmas season.
