Non-zoned, free parking is available on both Hoyne and Le Moyne near the church. Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot or any handicap parking spaces available.
We are conveniently located two blocks south of the #72 North Avenue bus, two blocks west of the #50 Damen Avenue bus, three blocks from the #56 Milwaukee Avenue bus, and two blocks from the Damen Blue Line “L” stop.
Bikes & Scooters
As a part of efforts to support diverse transportation and sustainable ecology, we have three bike racks directly in front of the church. It’s not uncommon to see Divvy bikes and scooters available to rent. You’re also welcome to bring your own bike, scooter, or other modes of transportation and lock it up during your visit.
While our historic 1906 building is beautiful and been a spiritual and social refuge for many generations, it is not ADA accessible. All of our entrances currently require stairs to get to either level. Our building’s architecture and design has made it impossible to install ramps, chair lifts, or stair lifts. Our main bathrooms are on the lower level are not ADA compliant. We are aware of these limitations and are working to make this more welcoming to all abilities through our Comprehensive Building plan over the next few years.
