Congregation’s Annual Meeting
Sunday, February 2, 2025 — in the Upper Fellowship Hall
Each year we gather to celebrate last year’s accomplishments, approve our budget for the year ahead, elect new leaders, and eat some delicious food! Since we must have a quorum to hold the meeting, all members are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting.
All are welcome to attend and bring a dish to share! Let us know what you’re bringing for brunch here.

ATTENDING THE MEETING
All voting members are highly encouraged to attend. As a reminder, our constitution does not allow proxy or absentee ballots, and a quorum is required to hold the meeting.
Two ways to attend:
- In person following worship in the upper Fellowship Hall.
- On Zoom. You will need to ensure that BOTH your audio and video are available during the meeting as we comply with Robert’s Rules of Order for all votes. An RSVP is not required. Only voting members are allowed in the Zoom room. In the spirit of transparency, anyone can ask for a recording after the Annual Meeting by emailing pastor@wickerparklutheran.org by February 2, 2025.
