The Congregation Council has voted to call a Congregation Meeting to approve a general contractor and funding plan for the A Place for All capital campaign.

Preparing for the Meeting

• Voting Members received an email on Wednesday, June 4 with a Google Sheet entitled “Congregation Meeting – June 8,2025” which includes the motions and details for the meeting. If you are a Voting Member and did not receive it, please contact Pastor Jason (pastor@wickerparklutheran.org)

Attending the Meeting

All voting members are highly encouraged to attend. As a reminder, our constitution does not allow proxy or absentee ballots, and a quorum is required to hold the meeting. 

Two ways to attend:

1. In person at approximately 11:30 a.m.
2. On Zoom. You will need to ensure that BOTH your audio and video are available during the meeting as we comply with Robert’s Rules of Order for all votes. An RSVP is not required.
